The “Win ​​a dream hunt with Canadian Whitetail Outfitters” giveaway is organized by Proxpedition inc. (“Proxedition”). The giveaway begins on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 1:00 a.m., Quebec time and ends on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m., Quebec time.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to any person residing in Canada (excluding the province of Saskatchewan), United States and who has reached 18 years of age or older on the contest opening date. Excluded from this giveaway are employees and owners of Proxpédition and its partners and any other party directly related to the holding of the competition, members of their immediate family, including father and mother, brothers and sisters, children and legal or de facto spouse. , as well as all persons with whom these employees and representatives are domiciled.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

2.1 To participate in the giveaway, the participant must go to the giveaway website (proxpedition.com/en/giveaway) to complete the online participation form by completing the required fields to be automatically registered.

2.2 The participant who completes the online entry form before the closing date of the giveaway will be eligible for the draw for the prizes defined below, which will take place on Friday, January 7, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., Quebec time.

2.3 The giveaway is also open to any person aged 18 and over residing in Canada (excluding the province of Saskatchewan) and the United States who wishes to participate under the conditions set out below. To do this, the person must send by mail, starting May 11, 2024, to 108-80 rue Émilien-Marcoux, Blainville, QC, Canada J7C 0B5, a written request addressed to Proxpédition inc. a minimum of fifty (50) words stating the reasons why she wishes to participate in the giveaway. Any written request must be received by Proxpédition no later than December 31, 2024. After receipt of the written request, Proxpédition will register the participant on the competition website (proxpedition.com/en/giveaway). Only one eligible entry per person.

3. PRICE

One (1) prize will be awarded with a total value at the suggested retail price of $7,500 USD.

1 hunt at Canadian Whitetail Outfitters, Box 529, Asquith, Saskatchewan S0K0J0, arrived at camp November 23, 2025, left camp November 29, 2025, including:

- A guided white-tailed deer hunt. Maximum harvest of one deer. Hunting days from November 24 to 28, 2025.

- Permits and licenses

- Meals and accommodation at the camp

- Preparing the meat and the trophy for the return home.

Please note that travel and accommodation to and from the camp are at the winner’s expense.

The winner will be chosen at random from entries received before the giveaway closing date. The price offered must be accepted as such and is neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor convertible into cash.

4. DRAW

A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received between the giveaway opening date and the giveaway closing date to determine the winner. The draw will take place on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., Quebec time, at the Proxpédition offices located at 108-80 rue Émilien-Marcoux, Blainville, QC, Canada J7C 0B5.

5. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

5.1 In order to be declared a winner, the selected participant must:

5.1.1 meet the eligibility and participation conditions and have completed the online participation form by filling in all mandatory fields;

5.1.2 be contacted by the competition organizer within 2 weeks following the draw. If it is impossible to reach the selected participant by email within 2 weeks following the draw, all rights to the prize will be forfeited and another random draw will be conducted. This method of winner selection will be repeated until all winners are duly declared.

5.2 The winner will be announced as soon as the winner has been reached and will be announced on our social networks.

5.3 Failing to comply with one or other of the conditions mentioned above or any other condition provided for in these regulations, the selected participant will be disqualified and the prize awarded to them will be forfeited and another random draw will be carried out. This method of winner selection will be repeated until all winners are duly declared. In the days following the draw, the organizer responsible for administering the contest will contact the winner to inform them of how to claim their prize.

6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1 The giveaway organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant or cancel their participation if it is proven that they are participating or attempting to participate in this giveaway in a manner that does not comply with these rules. This participant could be reported to the competent legal authorities. Any decision of the giveaway organizers in this regard is final and without appeal.

6.2 By accepting the prizes, the selected participant consents, without receiving additional compensation, to the use of his or her name, city, province and photograph for advertising or promotional purposes by the organizer.

6.3 By participating in the giveaway, the participant acknowledges having read and understood these rules and complies with them. The participant certifies that the rules are comprehensive and reasonably available for inspection.

6.4 Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of an advertising giveaway may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a decision. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purposes of intervention to attempt to resolve it.
